It always feels fantastic to give back!
Especially when it’s to the future generations.
I was asked by the Principal/Owner of a local cottage school to give a presentation to the students on goal setting and creating a personal vision board. This may not be the ‘norm’ for a talk at a school to children aged between 8 years and 19 years old, but we believe that starting as early as possible is a sure given for success.
In fact, I personally would have loved to have been subjected to something similar when I was that age – and I fully get that everything happens as & exactly when it should – just to open my mind up to the possibility. Plant the ‘seed’ as they say.
We all read about how certain schools internationally have instituted meditation or yoga for the kids and the great benefits it is having, so why not go further and start educating them on how to create a positive & fulfilling life? Why not show them that they are the master of their destiny and then give them the tools?
So, if you would like your child to learn, tell their school about us! I do it free of charge! After all, they are the future. Why not give them a head start?!
