We will be taking a well-deserved down time ourselves. Our offices will close on the 18th of December 2020 for our annual holiday. We will reopen on the 18th of January 2021.

Our theme for 2021 will be one of self-love, self-care and self-empowerment. This year turned out to be horrific and difficult for every single person in some way or another. And so, we remind you again to please practice self-compassion. Be gentle, loving and kind toward yourself. When the monster in your head turns violent, treat yourself with the empathy you would another loved one.
